You have found the computer. It is a 1997 machine with 64 MB of memory and a 56k modem, and everything on it is pretend.
Things to try:
Shut down from the Start menu when you are finished, the way you were supposed to and nobody ever did.
Welcome to my little corner of the information superhighway!!

How do I move a window?
Drag its title bar.
How do I close one?
The X in the corner, like now.
Where are my files?
There are none. It is a pastiche of a
1990s desktop, not an operating system. Nothing here is saved and nothing
leaves your browser.
Is this a real Windows?
No. Every icon was drawn for this page,
the programs have their own names, and no company's artwork or logo appears
anywhere in it. It is the look of the decade, not the look of one product.
How do I get back to the actual website?
Back to Grant's page, or shut down from the Start menu.
